consider it.
In the meantime, could you let me know
whether you have any observations on the revised
draft as soon as possible. We are anxious to have the
draft finally approved since action under the Order
will enable us to take out * certain funds in London
which are urgently required to meet residential
obligations of the Colonial Government.
